CRMCulture was born out of the passion that Steve Roch had in implementing multiple CRM, Customer Support, Accounting and Marketing Automation systems during his 17 year career as a CIO, VP of Marketing, and Customer Service Manager.
Over time Steve was recognized by vendors, colleagues and industry analysts as a customer that really understood the key to successful CRM implementation. The key was his strong executive leadership implementing an unrelenting culture of operational excellence, lean business processes and a passion for using information technology to drive company profits and revenue.
