Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree

* 2-3 years of experience in Project management and Salesforce

* SFDC Certification Expectations:

* Solution Consultant – Admin and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (need to be acquired within the first 3 months of hire)

Duties

* This individual reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, business models, business requirements, and user needs. He/she is able to formulate and implement more complex systems / solutions that parallel overall business strategies that will foster growth and continuity. The Solution Consultant is responsible for managing both relationships with customers and technology-enabled process improvement/redesign.  Large engagements will have a team of: Solution Consultant, Solution Architect and Developer.  The Solution Consultant must communicate with Sales for new opportunities and Marketing to capture testimonials, white papers, and use case information.


* A Solution Consultant is also responsible for writing Statements of Work and managing PM documents throughout the project.

Skills

* Good knowledge of Salesforce

* Ability to multitask

* Experience in handling several projects at once

* Sales and client interaction skills
