Steve is the President, CEO and founder of CRMCulture. He is a developer, business owner, industry-recognized CRM expert and evangelist, and dedicated CRM user. This rare combination enables him to have a 360° view of CRM usage in an organization, understand the challenges that all levels of users face, and bring CRM value to any company desiring operational excellence.
His passion for developing software as a solution to unique business challenges, as well as providing extraordinary levels of customer service springs from his 17 years of experience in Information Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. He held the titles of Chief Information Officer, VP of Marketing and Director of Technical Support, during a 14 year career for a Boulder, Colorado software company where he purchased and implemented the CRM solution which is still in use today. His high energy, high achieving leadership style has given him the reputation as a doer, and a highly respected business innovator. Steve has a bachelors degree in Mathematics as well as a masters degree in Business Administration.
Eric Goldgeier is the Chief Operating Officer at CRMCulture and leads the Implementation, Product Development, and IT groups. Eric is responsible for enabling an operationally efficient team that is obsessed with building customer advocates.
Prior to joining CRMCulture in 2010, Eric worked as a Project Manager and “strategic change agent” at various software and defense organizations. Eric uses continuous improvement methodologies he learned as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Agile Scrum Professional and Agile Scrum Master to maximize team performance.
Eric has a master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) as well as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
