Steve Roch—President
Steve is the President and founder of CRMCulture, an industry-recognized CRM expert, and a 12 year Pivotal user and programmer. This rare combination enables him to have a 360° view of Pivotal in an organization and understand the challenges that all types of users face.
His passion for software, creating solutions, and providing extraordinary levels of customer service springs from his 17 years of experience in Information Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. He held the titles of Director of Technical Support, Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Marketing during a 14 year career at ITT. His high energy, high achieving leadership style has given him the reputation as a doer, not a talker, and a highly respected innovator in the industry.
Steve has a degree in Mathematics as well as a masters degree in Business Administration.

Eric Goldgeier – Operations Manager
Eric is a Project Manager, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management and Leadership. His interest in Continuous Improvement has spawned several professional certifications within the Agile (CSM, CSP) and Lean (LSSBB) framework. At CRMCulture, Eric has implemented CRMAgile, a lean and efficient software development practice to more rapidly deliver high quality working software to our partners.
Stephanie Hagan – Systems Development Manager
Stephanie has more than nine years experience implementing ERP software and managing projects, and has a degree in Computer Information Systems. She specializes in system integration, and has assisted clients in areas such as business process analysis and system design; user training and documentation; design reviews; recommendation of changes; and custom reporting using both business intelligence tools such as Targit and traditional tools such as Crystal Reports. Stephanie has Master certifications in Microsoft Dynamics SL, GP, CRM and SAP BusinessOne.
Bob Roos — Application Development Manager
Bob is a senior developer and manages application development. He has more than 15 years experience in software development, a degree in Economics, and a Master’s in Business Administration. At CRMCulture Bob specializes in customizing Pivotal CRM and Microsoft CRM.
Ryan Hitchler – Quality Assurance Manager
Ryan has performed quality assurance testing for the past seven years for both hardware and software firms. He has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management . He has designed automated testing environments from the ground up, and specializes in understanding the needs of developers, failure analysis engineers, business users, and executives.
