Email Preview
Email Preview is another no-coding solution where any entity that has linked Outlook interaction (Email, Appt, Tasks) can "Preview" the interaction all with a simple naming of the SRL and Preview text box via the toolkit. Plus the CRMCulture enhanced Interactions View shows the much needed "employee" or "contacts" involved in the interaction.
Tab Tools
Tab Tools shows row Counts or Sums on every tab of your Pivotal system with zero-coding. Instantly, converts your CRM into a "guided-CRM" which guides users to important information buried under tabs.
Context Sensitive Menus for all Data Grids & SRL's
Context Sensitive Menus provide built-in intelligence to your unique Pivotal table structure so that useful menu choices appear relative to the selected data, creating the most advanced navigation and grid manipulation of any CRM on the planet! Context Sensitive Menus give users important feature enhancements on every grid and search result list throughout the system in a universal manner without coding. For example, when working with data that has currency, a “Sum Column” feature appears. All features are controlled by Pivotal security groups and relevant automatically to your unique Pivotal system automatically. Features include:
- In-Line Edit Search Result Lists — Edit any Search Result List directly on the grid - just like Excel!
- Batch Add — Select multiple records and add them to a child table - similar to "Add To Static List" but for absolutely any related table!
- Batch Edit — Adminstrators or Power-Users can easily clean data from any grid or search result list. Batch Editor honors existing security and business logic, and supports all tables and fields, including custom tables.
- Merge — We've added granularity to the out-of-box Pivotal Data Management Module by offering the same Merge feature on a per table and per specific security group basis rather than the all-or-nothing approach of the DMM.
- Display Lists — Instantly create distinct lists of parent records or instantly see all related child records of any multi-selected grid or search result list without writing queries!, i.e. select a list of Contacts and instantly convert it to distinct Companies or to a list of related (child) Opportunities or Orders for the selected contacts.
- Summarize Column — Multi-Select any grid or search result list that has a currency or integer column and get a summation of the selected rows, just like Excel!
- Send Email Template — A more powerful alternative to Letter Express for quickly sending batch HTML emails or single email templates. Supports email templates with attachments!
Address Correction/Geo-Coding
Address Correction and Geo-Coding keeps your database clean with zip code look-ups and address correction, while also setting latitude and longitude for our Companies Nearby features within the Pivotal platform and the CRMCulture Smartphone for Pivotal solution.
Document Management
The Document Management module gives users more flexibility to access and manage the documents they need. You can select multiple documents at once; associate single documents to multiple companies; categorize documents; and store data in multiple ways, including in a Pivotal database, in SharePoint, or in an external storage referencing a file path. The Document module is also configurable for fully automated batch document loading.
Record Preview
Record Preview allows you to select a record from a grid and see key summary information without having to drill down into the record. For example, on a company form you might have a grid of Contacts. When you select a single contact, you can preview key summary information for that contact with easy to configure queries all within the Pivotal environment.
SQL Query
SQL Query gives the business analyst of a CRM organization limitless capabilities to write even the most sophisticated queries within the Pivotal platform while delivering the resultset as native Pivotal Search Result Lists. With this feature no CRM on the planet offers such sophisticated query potential as Pivotal CRM!
